在刚刚过去的Gartner美国IT技术博览会上，十多家巴西中小IT服务企业在其行业协会的带领下打包进行了顶级赞助（Premier Sponsor）。作为南美的主要新兴市场国家，IT越来越成为重要的经济发展产业。尽管略逊于墨西哥，相对于亚洲国家来讲巴西还是拥有较好的在北美近岸的地理优越性和语言优势，因此巴西很多IT服务企业在开始就直抵美国本土市场。中国外包服务企业应该了解这一差异，并且也关注相关的巴西企业，其中一些中小企业尽管规模也和中国领军企业相仿，但全球化脚步可能走的更快。比如Stefanini在近年已经悄然进入了中国市场，利用中国的IT人才资源满足其全球客户在亚洲业务发展的IT需求。
